I had an issue with an item I had ordered a few months ago and they were able to work with the manufacturer to get it replaced with no effort on my end. We love this store! Every time we stop in we are greeted with a smile and a someone to help us. We are new to the horse world and they are there to answer questions. They always let me take my time in the store and I never feel rushed. It is a great place for gifts and everything you need to get started riding and more! There is so much in this store and it is presented with organized style. I love their every day clothes too! This store is a great part of our community I would be lost going anywhere else for our riding needs!
