A Starbucks long time original VP customer member and prior leadership associate; Ordered a tall Java Frap for my husband (walked into this Starbucks-had never been). All customer experience out the door (what happen to the headquarter leadership expectations at this Starbucks?). The ice was melted and over flowing when presented the drink on counter. This was the worst frap I ever experienced. The associate could not say my name (four letters) and did not say what the melted drink was? As a prior leader of Starbucks, chosen to fix operations at a Starbucks; the oversight of one of the busiest of the regional Starbucks (across from Taft high school) there is No excuse for this terrible beverage experience. Drinks are to be presented to customers with high quality and consistency. This Starbucks requires an audit of operations.

Horrible service !! They made me wait 30 minutos or more and to just give me the wrong order ! It has happens multiple times! They remade my order but they just blended more ice instead of making the order again!!
