Alex was super nice and helpful! I was already having a bad experience with the collision company before I got to enterprise and she turned my day around with her positivity and kindness! They weren’t expecting me for a few hours and she was still able to get me into a really nice rental and very quickly!

I’ve called them 3 times regarding my reservation through my insurance. I got there and they tell me that i have a reservation but no date or time. But on all my phone calls with then it was to set the date and time. 1st call was to confirm initial date and time before the collision center rescheduled me. 2nd time calling them was to reschedule due to collision center double booking but only had a date and no time slot. So the 3rd time was to set a time for that date from the 2nd one. They talk to me like it’s my fault that they couldn’t get their people to do their job right. Ive always rented from enterprise before but this location definitely a no.

Slow & fair service. Damaged cars in lot with out repairing little things. Long waits few cars. I will rent at other locations
