I feel like Food Lion looks out for us. Example, sometimes you have a craving for, say cantaloupe, but can't afford a whole one. Food Lion has the cheapest small containers of fruit around! You can get a small container of cantaloupe ranging from 1.12 - 1.70!...just enough to satisfy that craving. 😋 I also love that 'yellow' tag on the meats, so it's more affordable. Just cook it soon. 😃 Don't forget the BOGOs on the regular. And I love those small black carts. When you're older, with a bad back; the last thing you need is trying to sling a big cart around. Folks, there are too many good reasons to shop here...particularly the meat section. What are you waiting for - go get some groceries! 🤓

We had to come here because the Walmart down the road no longer made their own subs and had no selection. The deli section of food Lion did and I got a great sub for under five bucks.

Love shopping at food lion. Just concerns me that each of the stores have different prices, based on demographics. One side will have milk for 1.99 across town $3.99 ! Really ??? Let's leave that there...
