This theatre has an insane policy, where they think they should be able to make our medical decisions for us AND our children in order for us to attend their theatre. WHY WOULD I GIVE UP THIS FREEDOM?? WHAT WILL BE NEXT??? Oh and they don't bother to tell you when you are purchasing the tickets, only when you receive them in the mail, do they inform you of their "mandates". I called, told them what I thought, am supposed to receive a refund, and I and my family will not be attending the Piano Guys concert at this theater. I hope they will perform in Arizona, where at least most people still have their common sense.

I did not see a phone number when I Googled McCallum theater tickets. They do have a website and that works very well. You can pay for the tickets on the website that's what we did recently.
McCallum is beautiful theatre you see everything from formal to casual dress, it can be cool in evening

Found out McCallum was first non-American settling in Palm Springs before becoming a city with his family thinking the desert climate best for his respiratory ailing son. Thanks everyone for your answers.
Usually, "house" opens half hour bedore the show starts. The lobby should be open well before the house opens.
