Incredible service. Knew what was wrong with my washer in minutes. The front desk coordinated getting the part for my washer and fixing my refrigerator (which broke the day after their first visit) on the same day. Joe then fixed the washer in 10min, ran to get a part for the fridge, and slipped into my kitchen and fixed the fridge--I didn't even hear him!--all within an hour. (Yes, I left the door unlocked for him.) Extremely courteous and fast. While I don't want any more appliances to break, when it inevitably does, I'm definitely calling them again.
