Lacking sad to say. They have a craftsman door online but discontinued them in February. Disappointing after driving to Sacramento to see it.

My family and I went to Pella Windows and had a great experience. Chris was our representative and he was amazing. He explained everything thoroughly. There are many products on display. We were showed all the products. We were also shown the price and Chris was patient enough to go through different options. They had a coloring book and toys for my son to play with. Such a great experience. Highly recommend if you're looking for windows, doors, and patio doors.

I was looking to replace my back sliding door with a French door and when I saw the sliding doors that Pella offered, I was sold. It came with built in shades and a screen door that collapses into the door for a very seamless look. It has everything that I was looking for and looks great! It was nice working with Tony Muljat. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to help me build the door just as I wanted. The installers were very professional as well. They did an excellent job and left the place spotless when done. I'm very pleased with the door. It brightens the room and I like the open feel it gives.

Pella makes great products, and more importantly Pella has an amazing supporting organization from Sales all the way to Delivery. I did a tremendous amount of research, Google, Youtube, Consumer Reports, etc.. and I received several competing bids. I kept coming back to the quality and entire experience of Pella of Northern Cal. Chris Sullivan (Sales), OUTSTANDING! A great guy, knowledgeable, polite and extremely patient. He never pressured me into a sale. He helped me compare and contrast products and features respectfully against competitive products. Delivery of the product was a painless and pleasant experience. Randy Sullivan delivered my windows and doors, treated my house and my products with respect. He even helped me straighten my garage too. In summary, it can be an overwhelming experience when contemplating replacing windows and doors on your existing home. There’s a lot of misleading information, and most window/door salesmen want a quick sale and move to the next job. This is NOT how Pella of Northern Cal operates. Chris will help you make the best decision based on your home, budget and help you make the best decision for your family. I strongly recommend Chris Sullivan from Pella of Northern California.
