I've heard good things about this market and I've been looking for Natto a (fermented soybean) product so I decided to go and pay them a visit! It didn't go as I hoped, i asked a few employees about the Natto and they seemed bothered even before I asked anything! So I decided to show them a picture of the product and the brand and all I got was a no headshake and walked away . I forgot to mention that I called before heading out since it's kind of a drive and asked if they had Natto along with a brief description and the person said (yes we have). So if you are planning on just going to see what they offer you should be okay but if you are looking for something in particular good luck.

Go to cermark. Most Mexican georcey store has beef tripes
I am not a fan of it but I saw several grocery stores selling them in Chicago South Chinatown. They are usually frozen
