My 12 yr old Saeco espresso machine stopped working, and this was the only shop I could find that repairs this brand. They were in communication with me to let me know their findings and suggestions while my machine was there, and now that I have it back, wow! It works SO WELL! Better than before! I highly recommend this business for your next espresso machine repair! Pricing was reasonable, by the way. So happy.

Sent leaking Lavazzo espresso machine for repair, charged 360$ plus shipping and received still leaking, resent it, came back leaking even worse, I sent them photos etc and spoke to the tech who was super defensive and rude. Hopeless. Total loss of over 400$

This is definitely the place to go if you've got an expensive grinds-its-own beans coffee machine. They aren't fast - 4 weeks seems to be the norm for a repair - but they get it done well and are polite and professional while doing it. Rates are reasonable.
