The Habit Burger Grill

AVOID. Placed online order. Fries and burger were cold. Soda was flat. Salad dressing was left off salad, lettuce was wilted and chicken was bad. Drove back to store instead of eating dinner with family to get dressing, and politely asked for a new order of fries for the inconvenience and because mine were sitting at home getting cold(er). Was told I could get new fries if I paid for them. Customer service totally unhelpful. I’ll stick with In-N-Out from now on.

Amazing food! Ate part of a crispy chicken sandwich...best chicken sandwich I have had in a very long time! Ate part of a cheese burger too yummy! I would have given 5 stars however it took about 30 minutes to get our food. Service was very slow!

My mother ordered on the Habit App & then sent me to pick up the food. The App said the food would be done in 6 min. I got there as the text came in saying the food was ready, so I sent a message back online saying I was out front. I waited 8 min before walking into the store to get the food. Only 1 person was in line & about 1/3 of the stores seats were in use. By the time they finished the person in front of me, someone was finally sending out our food. When I got home my mother & I agreed that the sweet potato fries & onion rings were too cold. Calling the store is a joke (something we found out the last time they messedup our order), so my mother drove all the way back to complain & get fresh sides. The STORE MANAGER had the nerve to LIE TO MY MOTHER! She claimed that there was a long line & that was why the food was late. Again there was ONE PERSON WHEN I WENT IN TO GET THE FOOD (something I should not have had to do with curbside pick-up). I am so frustrated that they messed up a 2nd time, but more insulted that they treated us so poorly.

The Habit Grill is personaly one of my favorite fast food restaurants around. They make all of there food with high quality products and make it right in front of you. They have a very good vegetarian burger and offer a wide verity of fires. They do keep up to code and the restaurant is always clean. Though it does often have a line of 2 to 6 people waiting to order food.
