The work they do is good, but if I have an appointment at 12 pm, why is my dog crated at 3 pm and still not groomed? They said it would be between 4-5pm before she is ready. My dog has anxiety and does not like any groomer but leaving her in a crate for hours just exacerbates the issue. Not the first time we’ve had this problem. Seems like they need to work on scheduling and time management.

I am so impressed with this establishment. I've been going to a Upland dog groomers for over 13 years and have been happy. It was a hit or miss if my dogs hair looked like a skilled professional cut their hair. I was not too picky and I was usually ok with the cut. One day my doggies were in need of a cut and my Dog groomer was booked solid for a week. I decided to call around to other dog groomer to see if they had any openings. Upland Pet Grooming had a opening that day. The rest is history! They are now my go to groomers. Hands down they are amazing! Out of the 5 different groomers I've used in the past...... Upland Pet Groomer blows them out of the water! I recently rescued 2 senior Shih Tzu. Out of all my rescues, these little gals are high maintenance. Thank goodness I have Upland Pet Grooming on my side. The owner is very knowledgeable and professional and her staff is very friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone that has a pet that needs to be groomed.
