I hate leaving the store a bad review, but one of the managers by the name of Olivia needs some serious customer service skills. I sense that she hates her job and could care less about delivering adequate customer service. I downloaded the app in order to get the special on the cherries on Sunday evening. Waited in line for over 5 mins (no problem with that) only to find out that I needed an extra step to get the discount. Olivia could not be bothered to show me what the next step was so she suspended my order and told me that I would need to figure it out and get back in line. Really?? Luckily one of the customers overheard the conversation and offered to assist me, while shaking his head at the rudeness of Olivia. I then proceeded to get back in line, waited another over 5 mins but was then helped by a very nice young man. I believe his name was Oscar, he was very helpful and made the end of my shopping trip much better. This Olivia has a very bad attitude towards customers, maybe it’s time for her to retire.

The service here is absolutely horrible. I came here with my husband the other day and there was over 8 people in line with only one register open. I was such in a rush I had a busy day and there was many other workers there . I don't understand why there was only one register open when there is 3-4 workers just standing there not doing their job. I also was using a coupon and they accused me of just wanting to start problems when all I wanted to do was shop for me and my family. Get better costumer service.

Clean and organized store. Prices a little higher than other chains but they do have specials. Recommend getting app to get best deals

Even the store manager has a boss! You need to find the regional office for Albertsons (Google it), contact them, ask a few questions, and you should be able to get the information you'll ned to lodge a formal complaint. Good luck!
