Literally the worst hospital in the city, if not the county, if not the state, if not the country. Good luck getting into the ER, even if you are a direct admit from your primary for surgery.

There has to be a better way.. the staff here are kind and compassionate but they are overshadowed by how chaotic, mismanaged, understaffed, and noncompliant way this emergency is run. An emergency waiting room wait was over 6 hours and waiting for an inpatient room wait over 16 additional hours. A monitor in the main hallway openly displays patients' full name insurance info, admitting diagnosis and status. This also the same main lobby where patients are placed since there are no rooms available. How tragic that patients are at their most vulnerable in such a place..this is not what healthcare should be nor what this skilled staff should be working with. I cleaned the vomit from my family members room since there was no one available to and cleaned the bathroom as well for his and my use while waiting over 19 hours for an inpatient room.Nurse Pam was our light in this terrible journey.. To those that can improve this emergency room, please do.

I think a negative rating would be more appropriate. You would be better off going to a veterinarian than to go to this ER. The nurses were categorically terrible (rude, unhelpful, incompetent). And good luck ever seeing an actual doctor! I don't think they make rounds but once a day at most! Steer clear. If you want any chance of getting better, do not go here!

If I could give this place a ZERO I would I waited 6 hours in the waiting room and when I asked the nurse up front if there was any progress with my condition or maybe when would I get a room. She tells me you’ve o Lu been waiting 3 hours ! Excuse me I know when I got here I have proof on my phone of when I got here bc I texted someone to let them know when I got here. After almost 7 hours I finally get to my room and they didn’t even change the sheets on the bed ther was dried blood and hair all over it and no one to ask to change it. I am horrified this is the dirtiest hospital I have ever seen. Dirty dirty dirty gross

No, they are emergency services. They would temporary splint and refer you to orthopedics who will do casting. No ER does plaster casting they all refer to specialists.
