SCAM! Make sure you ask for at least a 1 year warranty for any job they do. Had my mailbox lock installed by this company 6 months ago and yesterday it popped out and 3 parts fell off. Called in and spoke to one of the owners (Maria) who told me they only honor a 30 day warranty, total scam! So what am I supposed to do, pay $109 every 6 months that my lock pops out?! She refused to even give me a discount and when I told her which condo building I'm in, her response: "well they only send me about 6 jobs a year anyway." WOW! Just found another company that will install a new lock for $95 and give me a 1 year warranty, stay away from this company and shop around, you'll be glad you did.
