I would have rated it more stars. I love JC Penney. Today was special because I bought my mom out the house whom wanted to do a return and purchase sundresses. We went to returns. Notice the cashier sneezing perfusely, coughing and eyes glossed over. OMG she was sick. I told her hope she feels better she should not be here. Smile nonetheless kept going. Hand sani on hand. Days later Im sneezing. My mom light cough. Went to get tested for covid. Yup...positive.. but fully booster. Thank God. Do not get cashier service if cashier is sneezing and coughing. Jc Penny have your managers pay attn to their workers..

Went to have family pictures taken under the impression I could use my Groupon..came out to almost $300 and they made me feel like that was my only option of package ... that or the more expensive one. And convinced me to get a "membership" bc it's cheaper. I wasn't offered any other packages and was too uncomfortable to ask bc I felt cheap at this point bc I said the $400 package was too much. I'm sorry but nowadays who has that much to throw away on pictures? I'm still waiting for the prints but the pictures look like they came out great which is the only reason I sucked it up and paid for it. I wish I had my options in front of me rather then having to ask for cheaper packages. .. they should lay it all out for you to decide not make you feel cheap.

Wow! This JCPenney shopping experience was magnificent. I ordered some sheets and towels online this morning that were ridiculously cheap. They were ready by early afternoon for curbside pick up. The staff person was fantastic and the products look very nice.

I used to love JC Penny a long time ago because they have great deals and a variety of options. This still remain the same but a lot of the brands are phased out so people don’t identify anymore. But this store is well stocked, has good deals, and is easy to navigate. If you don’t care for brand names and want comfort clothes I will recommend this store.
