If I could give a zero I would. I had a Saturday appt set by my insurance co. for a new windshield. I was called at 730am the day of, to reschedule. They said the windshield was damaged. Rescheduled one week later. Didn’t receive text confirmation so I called to confirm we are good to go. The lady said yes we are all set after some hesitation. I asked her to double check as last week the windshield arrived damaged. She “checked” and said we are all set for today appt. I drive all the way there, my husband followed in his truck so I can just drop off the car. I get there and she tells me the windshield arrived damage!!! I told her I called in the morning to confirm everything was ok, so she was just too lazy to actually check. I will not be returning. Extremely unprofessional. Waste of time and gas. I live two towns away btw.
