Hard water,no balcony privacy and thin walls with front doors that have 2 inch gaps on the bottom. Maintenence is quick to help fix issues. But the jacuzzi is always broken.

We wanted to leave praise for Juana and the team at The Lofts because even though we are not currently residents, they assisted us courteously and professionally. When we had confusion surrounding the terms and deposit for application Juana righted our issue in a quick and straightforward manner. We are in the planning stages of moving cross country and we will certainly consider The Lofts in the future!

My husband and I spent the last 3 years living here and are sad to move in a few days! The lofts have been great to us. Jackie the manager is a pleasure to work with, very kind and personable. Their maintenance staff is always on site to assist with any issues and Fernando is super friendly as well. If you are good tenants then they will be good to you!!

Essex also offers below-market rent (“BMR”) programs at select communities. While this is not a rental assistance program, BMR units may be available to residents who qualify based on their annual household income and the number of individuals living in their household. To determine if the community you are interested in offers BMR options, please contact the leasing office for more information.
I have a 450 sq ft studio, they usually have something available within a months notice. Call the manager Jacqui and she will help you out.
