I was desperate to buy a car battery because it’s our only vehicle and it was dying. Lucky me I found Auto Zone and Christina. Very professional and listened as I explained my situation. She looked at the battery and explained what I needed and she had it. I was lucky enough to have some good soul help me change it in the parking lot. Installed and it was back to normal or maybe better. I had no idea what to do but Christina really saved me. Thank you again Christina and Auto Zone. Richard Koffler

Oh what a fun time I had last week, my car wouldn't start, I went to auto zone and bought a battery charger, only to find out it wasn't enough voltage. They took it back, the next day we figured it needed a new battery, the battery in my car was only a year old, so back to auto zone we went, they exchanged the old battery and I got a new optima one, the workers are very helpful and kind, store is well organized and clean.

I usually don’t do reviews but the level of customer service I received from Quincy was on a level I haven’t seen in awhile. I was taken back how helpful this employee was. He installed a new battery and replaced the wipers on my daughter’s car in less than 6mins. Just wanted to acknowledge Q for making my visit to Autozone an exceptional experience. 😊
