I just signed up for the Chelsea Rec Center. Very nice center, Clean and friendly.

This is one of the best New York City Parks and it is indoors, with a very clean environment, swimming pool, pool tables, ping pong tables, Basket ball, picket ball and much more.
The Staff are good people who are nice and calm.

Not bad. There hasn't been any "usual" recently with renovations. Interpol of course.

If you mean membership, you sign up at the desk. You need I think cash or definitely a credit card, and you go in their office and they take your picture, etc. Maybe takes 5 minutes. Pay for half a year or a full year.
