Delray Beach, Atlantic Ave and 95 location…..Customer service starts at the front desk. Greeted coming in. However I observed on my visits that Adrian wears his emotions on his sleeves. Seems to be flustered with workers, and it shows in his body language . Loud sighs etc. One issue I had when I took my vehicle was that I asked Adrian who is normally at the front desk, about windshield wipers as I was not sure I was going to get them but asked about the price. He told me and offered the service but I declined. Felt I could do it later. I feel that I was punished price wise for an oils change that I was there to get for not adding the extra service. My oil change was almost double than the last visit and when I asked why was it so high, Adrian responded that gas was going up as well. What a response!!!!. I took it to a competitor for the next oil change and it was 40 dollars cheaper making it the price that I normally paid at this location. It appeared that this was either price gouging or overcharged due to earning a commission or both. This same day I observed a customer walking in to pick up her car that she said was dropped off that morning at 9 and it was now 4 pm and they told her that the car was not done . It Never made it to the rack and she had an appointment. This is a busy area and I assume they have a lot of walk in traffiic … District should staff this accordingly and get someone up front that does not bring the problems in the back to the front. We don’t need to see that.

Had brakes and Roters put on. Jeff Gordon the manager was awesome. Very professional, kept me updated on everything and did a great job. Will definitely come back.
