My experience at Entreprise Rent-A Car in Palm Springs was simply amazing. I was stressed out and needed a rental right away for I was having car issues. I needed to get around and Enterprise was the closest rental in my area. I am glad that I did business with them. Ms. Marissa delivered exceptional customer service, very professional and empathic. In addition, the staff was very pleasant and courteous. They referred to you by name, to me that was special. Kudos to Ms. Jennifer as well. Overall Stellar service, highly recommended. Thank you ----- I am updating this review to reflect my total disappointment with two other Enterprise employees at the Palm Springs, Florida, location, Josh and Natalie who were extremely rude to me. I will leave the first review because I am an honest reviewer /level 4 local guide on Google. And most importantly, this is how I felt about the experience. I am a firm believer in great customer service and I think that a refresher CS training would be ideal. P.S While typing this review, Enterprise did reach out to me and apologize for any misunderstandings for they read my reviews from another site. Thank you, Kara

Austin was phenomenal!! I was super stressed out from recently moving and needed a rental car that morning to drive 17 hours to pick up a puppy from a breeder. Austin helped ease my nerves, reassured me there was a clean, available car & that I’ll be on my way in no time. Every other car rental place I’ve called has given me a hard time with the process, but Austin gave me no hassle at all. He was super helpful, informative, quick on his feet and made sure I had a good experience. I was in and out with a rental car in less than 30 minutes! Dropping off was even less of a wait. All in all, if I need another rental car, I’ll be going here & asking for Austin. I appreciate you a lot! (p.s. the Doberman puppy I got is doing well & he’s the light of my life- I wouldn’t have gotten him in time if it weren’t for you so thank you for all your help❣️)
