Not polite at all.. picked up a shirt that had been tailored by mens wearhouse and bought from them. Get home, get the shirt out of the bag and the sleeve has a tear in it. Go back to mens wearhouse to get it fixed and they try to say they don’t know where it came from, implying it was from me and did not fix it. Bad business for sure

Most unprofessional staff my family has ever dealt with. The associates are unapologetically rude to their customers on top of being incompetent at their jobs. Multiple groomsmen arrived over an hour late to the rehearsal dinner because it took them over an hour to pick up their rental suits. Some suits were missing accessories, socks didn’t match, and at one point the associates attempted to order completely the wrong color. We have yet to receive any acknowledgment of unprofessionalism on the part of Men’s Wearhouse or any attempt at reconciliation. Any company that tolerates this level of dissatisfaction is not worth doing business with.

Walked in and stood around for 10-15 minutes and no one spoke to me. The guy working the front desk went about his business like I didn’t exist. He then said something inaudible as he walked to the restroom. He came back and casually opened a drink and took a sip before walking back to the back of the store. He didn’t offer a greeting or any instruction whatsoever. Finally, as I was walking out I saw the sign in sheet that he could’ve directed me to immediately upon walking in. I would be embarrassed if I managed this store. Upon reading further reviews, I see this has been a consistent problem for several weeks at this location. Owner, you can save your response about deeply caring. You don’t care or you would address and remedy the issue. It isn’t rocket science to greet people and tell them to sign in and you’ll be with them when you can. Most people are generally understanding when someone is busy but trying. Your employees are putting in no effort. Greeting customers and making them feel welcome is a fundamental cornerstone of running a business and you are failing miserably.

They have no clue what they are doing!!! They try to push what they want instead of what you want!!! Then it is wrong!!!!! Not worth the money and no one who works there has a clue at what they are doing!!!! The customer is always right!!! But not at men's warehouse!!!!

Same as everywhere else
Only leather jackets. They carried a faux leather blazer a couple years back, maybe check online to see if they have your size.
