Last week on Sunday to be exact my Husband and I went to AutoZone to get oil for my vehicle.I told my Husband that the red light was on and we should just go get the oil before doing anything else with the car.My Husband who i now know...knows NOTHING about cars!It turns out he was getting the WRONG oil all along.We needed regular oil for our 2008 Sienna Toyota and he had been putting Synthetic.Mr.Quan was able to help us in getting the correct oil.Once we purchased it and tried to leave the car wouldn't start.Mr Quan gave us a jump and also checked the battery for us, and we found out that the battery was nomore good and my warranty at Advanced Auto parts had expired.I was really feeling some type of way but tried not to show my worry.Mr.Quan told me to come inside and help me to find a battery that i could afford with warranty.It was $179 i believe(not sure).I was thankful!Then it was Mr. Inti who put the battery in and answered every question that i had for him.He wasn't annoyed how some workers are when you asked multiple questions simply because you don't have knowledge on certain things.They both went over and beyond with customer service and EVERY BUISNESS needs a Mr.Quan and Mr.Inti to thrive.I could tell they weren't just working there but they enjoyed what they did!!!!GIVE THEM A RAISE...BONUS...VACATION or just something to show that they are appreciated.I left there feeling like a guest instead of a customer and there is a diffrence!
