UPDATE 8/25/22: This will be our second vehicle with Ciocca Ford (Souderton). I have to say, one of the best dealer experiences i have had in my life. We have purchased many cars, and never once did I feel pressured or that I was being "worked over". Izzy has been nothing short of terrific, and Tony and Juan in finance really helped us out and made things work for us and make sense for our needs and budget. Very happy with the experience and will be back in the future for sure! This purchase was on a Ford Bronco Sport, and last yeah a F-150. 9/21Ciocca has been great. IZZI, Heather, Brian, Cory, and the entire team helped us make our dream of getting a F150 a reality. In today's car market, it is tough. But they constantly checked in and followed up, until we had the car coming in, and th deal that made us comfortable. Would highly recommend them and have already sent family their way.

Service department is second to none. Won't buy a Ford from anyone else and won't have them serviced by anyone else.

I went here recently because it was close to work and my car had an intermittent issue. They fit me into the schedule even though I didn't call ahead. They found the problem and started working on locating a replacement part. Since this was a Friday and the part was not going to get there in time for me to drive back home to NJ, they offered me a loaner for free (a brand new F-150 FX4) to use for the whole weekend. Great service and over the top concern for my needs. I'll be using them again for routine maintenance since they are located close to where I work and because of the pleasant initial experience. UPDATE: Service continues to be top priority at Ciocca Ford. Got my car detailed and it looks brand new and they were able to complete the services in one day so I had my car back by the end of the day.
