I give the pt and ot and speech therapy 4 stars but for Diana the case manager of my father 2 stars. Jean Luc who is the nurse for my father was very nice and had some supplies sent to my home but Diana who wanted wound care only and not Pt, OT, and Speech did not want the others here. She cut my fathers therapy and ended the services before his time ran out which ended on the 18th of April. Jean Luc hasn't been over here since last week, so now we need to find another company who will get my father to walk and move again

;hysical therapy great this company will not reimburse when they take out your money , have been trying for month to get overpayment reimbursement. Multiple excuses, like owner out of country needs to sign check. Please check all your billing records wonder to how many clients they are doing this. every time i speak to billing person she tells me it will be on its way,
