Something changed with ingredients, this pizza is awful, too much pepperoni and over cooked to where it’s tough to eat. I have family members with dentures and they couldn’t eat it. I called in and asked if I can get a discount or a replacement for when I order again and the lady said no, that I would have to come now and get a replacement. I have no vehicle to get back up there and the traffic was awful getting there. What a waste of 11$ Gino’s just needs to close it locations. You are never open and never have enough employees to run the place just give up. I won’t be returning ever again. Pizza Hut or papa johns is where I’ll go from now on. Thanks Gino’s for the great customer service.

If I could give the location on Alexis no stars I definitely would. The lady was very rude to me and her Demeanor spoke down on me. I went to pay for my order and she said my card declined twice. I knew funds where available but to be sure I checked anyways… Funds there… I asked well how did you swipe the card .. she said we don’t get a option here we swipe it and either it accepts or declines… then she proceeded to tell me that the card must not be activated.. I said yes it is, I’ve used this card before. Then she says well there must not be any funds on it and I said yes there are funds on it… then she says well do you have another way of paying for it or do you want to to put it back because I have a line behind you, I dipped off on her without replying … I went down the street to Marco where I had no issues with the same card! Her whole attitude was like she was irritated and messed up. You shouldn’t treat people nor customers in a rude way. I refused to spend money there!

Just look at this order, it was done so unprofessional. On top of that it was almost a 30.00 order. Noone from the actual company, was thoughtful and wanted to help. I have eaten there plenty of times and on top of that. Their food is usually really good. Like really good. This is just unbelievable.
