I have been a resident at this development in a two bedroom apartment for 2 1/2 years, I really cannot complain for anything, we just recently had a request for a minor maintenance issue and in less than a week it was resolved, the office staff responds within the same day. They are very friendly and constantly have special events like lemonade stands and cupcakes and Halloween treats and pool sand pails food trucks etc…. it is a great place for a family, the location is ideal, the maintenance of the community is spot on and the maintenance staff is extremely knowledgeable and able to fix anything, rent prices were raised significantly but this is still one of the most reasonable places to live, the residents are all very friendly, not any problem I have noticed in the 2 1/2 years of living here, give it a try check it out it will be worth it.

More than my house is my home. My happy place! I love my apartment. It is a quiet and very pleasant area. The office staff (Bonnie) is always friendly and if you have any maintenance needs they take care of it very quickly.

after having mold for over three week in the water heater closet when I first moved in to not caring about people that have lived there for a very long time its all about getting the most out of the next renters onto long term renter's that have shown the loyalty when they were having trouble renting any apartment so loyalty means nothing. unless ur the next bug that gets caught in there web lmfao and I still have all the photos and receipts that it costs me when i had that mold in my apartment so I hope they read this and take me to court so I can face them not the maintenance crew the did what they could and what was told to do.
