This was a new company working for Sears. The person was very polite. I gave them such a low score of stars because after he left and I ran my dishwasher, it GUSHED water down in my basement, so I had to stop it. It still has water in it and someone won't be out until tomorrow (11-20), which upsets me a lot that they won't be out today as I was originally told. It's not a Sears problem, it's a problem with the company the subcontract with to do the work.

The Sears representative was on time, very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning and servicing my refrigerator!

UPDATE1: The freezer is still not fixed. The inside has frost build up and the light does not come one anymore. UPDATE 2: They asked me to reach out to them to fix this and so I did. They refused to fix the problem since the tech installed the parts. As far as they are concerned they have fixed the problem. I still have a broken freezer that is now only one year old! The tech was great but a&e factory services was a terrible company to deal with. Our last appointment was canceled but we were not told and we had taken off work for a no show. After finally connecting with the call center we learned that the parts were supposed to have been shipped directly to us and they came the day after the appointment. When calling we are dealing with people over seas who were not helpful ever!!! I was told the parts were on back order on the day of the appointment but they arrived the next day. I called Frigidaire and they tried to order the parts but a&e could not tell them what part numbers they needed. We requested a supervisor to call us and they did not. Terrible customer service!! When I call Frigidaire again I will request a new company with a call center that treats customers appropriately.
