Hi, We just moved in about a month ago and so far we are really enjoying it here! Mike and Ashley are wonderful, the apartment size is great, when there is an issue they fix it quickly. The location is fantastic and the grounds and pool are lovely!

We moved from Chicago to Delray Beach in June and I am very happy that we choose Atlantic at East Delray. Mike was and still is very helpful and understanding. He showed all the grounds to my husband, explained all and we are very happy ever since. Gotta say when it comes to any issues such as AC, or something not working in your apartment, the only thing you have to do is to tell Mike. He takes care of it right away. give 5 stars to the maintenance guys too!!! very nice, quick and easy to work with! Thank you guys! All the amenities are really nice too, pool is always clean and well kept, have a lot of pool toys that my kids love. the gym is right there which is great too. We are very happy that the pool area has an outside sitting area and two nice grills, so you can grill your food in a sec! Lots of parking which is amazing! Really quiet, clean and just beautiful place to live! Especially with kids! We have twins and our girls love it! We really love it here and we are happy to call this place our new home.

Ants & Reptiles Everywhere. I have lived here for a year now and between the ants and the mold I cant recommend this complex to anyone. Don't take my word for it, just read the yelp reviews and see the pictures. The property itself is beautiful as long as you don't mind reptiles everywhere. Iguanas and snakes are present daily and even in the pool area. Nothing like relaxing at the pool with ants and reptiles crawling around you. The sales agent is nice and so is the manager however once you ask for something such as a reason the rent for your same unit is cheaper on the website than what you are paying she will freak out on you and say "its out of my hands" and "why don't you move". LOL,,, Seriously!! Go look at the yelp reviews and see the real deal.
