I have never had an issue with them in the 5½ years we have lin in NY. Timely bills, when I e called customer service, they were nice. They read my meter every other month and I do on the alternate months. My bills have never been off not have I questioned them. I get notifications by text and email on bills, when we are experiencing an outage and when power has been restored.
