Family oriented community . We stop by to see a mobile home but it was sold out.The Manager was very helpful and took her time to go over the Rules and Regulations of the community It’s a clean community Friendly office staff. .A very nice community to live in.

I’m happy to live here great management tracy is super kind and lovely, the maintenance guy is super nice as well, i will recommend this community to whoever wants to live here

The High school is Santaluces located at the corner of Hypoluxo and Lawrence. Also the middle school is Tradewinds And Elementary is Freedom Shores
