Their hours change throughout the season's so I would call just in case but their pool hours posted on the website are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:15 AM to 9:00 PM Tuesday and Thursday 5:15 AM to 9:45 PM (however at one point they would close the pool at 830 PM on these two days and only let 18+ yr olds swim from 8:30 PM to 9:45 PM) Saturday 6:15 AM to 8:30 PM Sunday 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM KEEP IN MIND THESE ARE OPEN PLUNGE HOURS, THIS DOES NOT MEAN THE WATERSLIDE OR ANY OTHER WATER FEATURES ARE RUNNING AT THESE TIMES. This location turns them off during certain times. :) This pool is one of our favorites! :)

According to their site: Public swim the pool is open but the water features are not turned on. Open Plunge the pool is open and the water features are turned on.

Yes. The staff there is always friendly. I love to go there.

No. The have a lazy river that you can walk backwards in and they also have an area to swim laps. If you want more of a work out area the pool in North salt lake is great
