Really sad! This place is usually a go to for us. The food is good, the owner friendly and great staff. With the exception of this evening. Awful. Waste of time and money. Ordered chef special penne pasta, they brought out spaghetti. Sent back, waited another 20+ minutes while my family finished their food. The server did not acknowledge nor did the manager on duty do anything to help. We've never had bad service here until this evening. Really disappointed and will not be back after tonight.

Waitress was very inexperienced to say the least. No refills on drinks or even offered any refills. Food came at all different times so we all ate separate. Might have helped if the food was spectacular but it was okay at best and we were the only ones there. Sorry but to many places to choose from. Won't be returning here
