The doctor I speak to is great, and staff are nice as well. But they don’t ever let me know when my appointments are. They schedule the appointments since my meetings are online, but no one ever calls or texts or emails me to let me know when I’ll have an appointment. Since they are monthly, the day tends to change. Sometimes it’s the 3rd, sometimes the 6th. It’s the 11th already and I’ve heard nothing about any upcoming appointments. This has been going on since February. Once or twice I’ve received a phone call letting me know when my appointments are, but that was months ago. When I speak to them about this, they say it’s their computer system. How is anyone supposed to know when their appointment is? I can’t schedule it myself as the computer does, so what if the appointment isn’t a good time for me? The only ‘solution’ I’ve heard was to call the front desk immediately after my appointment, but by then I’m stuck waiting on the phone for someone to pick up. I’ve waited for someone to answer only to find out the other receptionist was making my appointment while the one on the phone wasn’t. Even if they had a automatic phone call or text send out a day before with an appointment details would be so much better than nothing. Of course, this isn’t the doctors fault.

if i could give this place no stars i would ! this place hires people ( EMILY THOMPSON ) that will go onto social media and bash and talk about a persons mental state . stay away and find a place that really considers someone mental stability more of a priority to fix rather than something to find comical .

Iv never had so many issues with a doctors office in my life. This place should not be open for businesses. It’s a shame the way the people who are employed there treat the patients and give no regard when people need medication they have been prescribed for years. They even discharged me and said I haven’t been seen in 6 mo when I had proof I was seen and my medicine was re filled. Shame on all of you

My 2 older step sons received therapy from there couple of years ago and was very good and helpful. Specially the case manager. They improved a lot. And I am very grateful. Front desk employees are polite and professional. Since they did such a good job in the past I started treatment with my youngest stepson there. The therapist assigned ( Belci Encinosa) was the most bizarre, awful person I ever spoke to. She interrupted us all the time, didn’t listen to our explanation on the child problems, demanded the father exclude me from the case, since I am not related to the child, even with him explaining to her that he wants me in case and taking care of it. Would not send the father the consent forms, so he could legally permit me take care of the case. Even before talking to the kid, on our first conversation she demonstrated to be very arrogant and mean. Kid had 2 30 min sessions with her and we pulled him out. After talking to her he was very quiet and worse then before. She lied to the father saying I was calling every 30 min, when in reality I message her Monday and she did not return until Wednesday night. Dad and I are traumatized by her attitude. I work for a behavioral therapist with a masters in kids behave. When i explain to her everything, she was in shock. And told me to stop seeing the lady straight way. The kid has an addiction to electronic, so he can’t have a phone, she demanded the dad to give him the phone back, saying he can’t take the phone from the kid for more then 3 days. The kid don’t use phone to communicate with away family, but to play and look at inappropriate videos. Including during classes. Which is one of the problems we want him to be treated for. Anyways awful, bizarre lady.
