1. They held the line purposefully and that I don't respect 2. When asked why they want me to "wait at the yellow cone" and "how am I going to know to come to the window if I do", they had no answer. Late night crew was not very professional at all. 3. Chicken was decent but far from the best Popeyes I've ever experienced. Add us waiting 20-30 min to get to the intercom and finding out about the line hold and we were not a happy customers. I likely will take my business elsewhere in the future. My family didn't deserve that.

They only had bone in chicken... Ok cool... So I ordered 3 wing combo with red beans and rice, they only had 2 mild wings, 1 spicy... Cool!!! I got home and had 1 leg, 1 thigh and a breast... NOT COOL!!! NO DRINK NO RED BEANS AND RICE!! AND A WHOLE LOTTA BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The food at this Popeyes is always good. The service is very friendly. They are busy, but work quickly. The dining room is rarely clean, though, and they are often missing items. Overall, it's an okay restaurant that could be better managed.
