First and last time I’ll come to this location. Staff are ok. Just the policy here at this location doesn’t make sense. Purchased a pair of sneakers for my son. Went back to exchange and I was told they do have a bigger size when they looked it up in the system. Guy comes back and says that they don’t have it. I asked for a refund. AND now I have to go to 125 location to get my money back. I purchased here in 3rd ave location, why do i have to go and waste my time in 125 to get a refund ?? I can only get credit or exchange. Definitely do NOT recommend this location. Make a big banner to let everyone know. Think twice before purchasing here….

Poor customer service. Dangerous and unorganized fcfs releases and the workers sell multiple pairs of sneakers to the same person, all they do is purchase/leave/come back with the same bag and purchase again! (Friends and family) While lying straight to the customers face saying “we sold out” I’ve seen this many times and it’s disgusting! Patent breds release 🤮👎🏼👊🏼🖕🏼
