Everyone is the office (and not a doctor) was extremely nice and helpful. But when I saw the doctor (I just moved here from Florida) and I brought current records, he was the WORST doctor I had ever come across. His name was Paul Bueza. He has NO bedside manner and wouldn’t even discuss why I was there and what I needed. Never go there again.

I wrote my appointment time down wrong on my calendar and accidentally showed up 5 minutes late for my appointment. I was not hours or days late for my appointment, just 5 minutes! They turned me away after waiting 6 WEEKS for the appointment. I actually thought I was checking in 10 minutes early. My mistake but Logan Primary gives you no room for error. I worked in a medical clinic (not SIH) for 20 years and we gave our patients a 10 minute grace period to check in late. Thanks for nothing, again SIH way to put your patients first! NOT!!!!

I would give a negative star if that was an option. I've been a patient at Logan primary care for over 20 years. This past year has been a nightmare. The staff simply isn't professional in their manners of speaking or treating illnesses. I could avoid pop culture my whole life and when I go see a medical professional at Logan primary care, get caught up with American idol because the banter atmosphere isn't a professional medical atmosphere. It's just a bunch of kids laughing and cutting up talking about social media. I've been going to the doctor for the same pain for over a year. My doctor is quick to prescribe meds but has yet to determine the cause or proper treatment of my pain. I've tried contacting my doctor for medical questions concerning the pain and sometimes wait days to get a response. Sometimes I don't even know why I bother with seeking relief. If i get sick, I might as well just drink a glass of water or take a nap to feel better because Logan primary care doesn't care to return phone calls. I've been to the emergency room 5 times this past year and every time they send me home and tell me to contact my primary. But unfortunately my primary is Logan primary care. Once I go to Logan primary care I'm treated for various other things but never the actual reason for going. My recommendation is go somewhere else..
