There are superchargers for tesla owner just look up the nearest one on your phone, tablet or pc or on the tesla it self

Yes you can, my cousin scheduled a test drive with her husband and an additional guest (me) to test the Model 3 Performance. We were given the car for a whole hour. Arguably the best test driving experience ever.
