They have raised pricing more than once in the last 8 months, now they are going to charge if your kid is there longer than 8.5 hours bc they believe a normal work day is 8 hours with 30 min drive time. And once again they are closing for a week bc of covid. Funny how its always around a holiday and they will give a big ol 20% discount for the days closed when they should be not charging at all for those days.

My kid always peed himself cause the staff refused bathroom time, the staff weren't friendly to my child. The staff had their kids there eating food from their homes but didn't allow my child to eat stuff from home. My child had marks on him that were unexplainable, he was scared to be there. They sent him home one day for not sitting with everyone else at story time (he was 2). My child had peed himself so much that his shoes were filled, he was potty trained at home. They said he could do something then lied to him. Absolutely worse daycare ever, unfortunately it's one of the only ones that abide by state assistance help and doesn't still charge you $200 on top of the co pay.
