They close at 8pm. We got there at 7:19. I guess she was ready to go home because the girl glared us down and growled “name”. We needed to buy packages, and I’ve never seen anyone try so hard to discourage customers from buying something. If I had not promised my daughter this before we go on a trip, I would definitely have waited and gone somewhere else. Lone Oak store. I can’t respond to the question so I am editing here. This is my husbands google account. Im sure my daughter and I were the last ones in tonight. I appreciate your response.

By far the absolute worst spray tanning booth I have ever entered and I have been in Manny versa spa’s but this location was absolutely disgusting meaning the outcome I waited 24 hours to shower I did not even soap much less use a washcloth because I wanted clear results night before I went in I shaved and exfoliated no lotion or cream or spray I did not get wet after I even wore rubber gloves when I washed bottles and this is the outcome OH BY THE WAY!!! I got a LEVEL 3 spray LOL I am my natural color the biggest waste of money not to mention I drove a little over half an hour to do this I not only do not recommend I suggest that this store gets a new booth after posting this on Facebook I had 4 friends say they had almost the same experience!

ETA in response to owner below: My last package was purchased and used in April 2019, certainly not over 4 years ago, but I decided to make this review in relation to the manager’s recent social media activity that was very unprofessional. …I show you haven’t been into our salons in over 4 years, we are sorry you feel this way. But we have been in business for over 25yrs in Paducah, and owned the former Express Tan store for the past 3. We are very grateful to be a part of this community. And appreciate all our customers that continue to support us. We have packages as low as $24.99 a month for unlimited tanning. Maybe you should come in for a look around since it’s been a while.
