Gone downhill. Been staying here off and on for years. Nothing has changed in that time. First it is NOT a Super 8. It is now Hotel 7. I suspect they could not meet the Super 8 requirements. The lobby is cute, but that is where it ends. In our room the curtain rod is falling off wall. The mattresses are not centered on frame, so steel parts are sticking out to destroy your ankle. The AC fan is on last legs and squealed none stop. They is a 3/4 inch gap over the entry door. And despite 4 different attempts they could not get more than one key card to work on our door. My colleague had to change rooms because their door stopped locking..... this place needs MAJOR tlc.... but its the only hotel in town so not sure they care!!!

Not so happy with it now that it's hotel 7 not super 8 so my star rating is going way down. We rented a room from the person at front desk who apparently didn't pay the til. At midnight we have the police at our door and the manager. We had to pay again, and full 140 dollar price when we already paid earlier that day. Awful customer service if u ask ,3 but as I said it was after midnight and where were we to go. They should have let us stay and fired the worker but that's just my opinion.

amazing hotel and staff. new management has improved this place so much in the last couple months! definitely recommend! fair prices! small but good breakfast! friendly staff! & clean rooms!

The shower/tub was absolutely disgusting. I had to buy Ajax, rubber gloves, and magic erasers. It took 3 magic erasers. If you use magic erasers to clean then you know how far 1 goes. I was an overnight guest so they done nothing with my room the 4 nights I was there because they are "short staffed". When I went to trade out dirty linens and towels, I was able to get bed linens but they didn't have anymore towels to trade me. They had to put what I brought them in the washer so I could have some for the next day. I was very disappointed in my stay to say the least.
