Walk up to the window to find one person working and the other on their personal phone who then had the nerve to have attitude while taking my order. The food is already just ok so the mediocre customer service didn't help.

Fri was cold. Hamburger left a lot to be desired. It's been a few since I tried checkers now I see why!!

Log into your account on the Checkers and Rally’s mobile app or view your account online at the link below. When you get to the Rewards Page, click Login, and enter your username and password on the next page. Once you have logged in, you can check your account balance by selecting the “Account Balance” link. You can also review your account history by selecting the “Transaction History” link.
Guests will earn 5 points for every $1 they spend. Once a guest collects 400 points they will receive a $5 reward which is automatically added to their Rewards Wallet. It is Checkers. You don't expect quality food there. How can you expect anything better from people who work there for min wage?
