Good place to relax

It is easy to take small children, but the splash is very old, you have to press the button for water to come out, there is an external bathroom and shower, there is a kiosk for barbecue, and at the moment they do not have a playground, the area is under construction

Yes, it's a great place to do so. Besides the spacious location, there are tents available for rent for any occasion.

I don't think there are any rules against that. It's not a busy park typically. Water is really high right now though.
