Sustainable foodie culture is alive and well in the Schoharie valley thanks to Barber’s. The produce is plentiful and fresh and the market sells the best of local foods… bread, eggs, cheese and pasture raised meats. Love the Democracy coffee.

Yes they have been doing doing you picks for a couple weeks.
Yes, went there yesterday
They are coming in nicely but selling fast! Call the farm stand to reserve your quantity!
Not currently! We have done it in the past during the winter months, But it was not something we kept up with. We do the preorder pick up now, and we are looking into other possibilities with apps and preorders in lieu of market trucks this summer.
Per labor laws: You need to be 14 to work in the fields, 16 to work in retail at the farm stand.
No this year
I was at Barbers yesterday. I saw lots of tomatoes but didn't buy any as I grow my own cherry tomatoes. They have great corn, cantaloupe, potatoes, lettuce and brownies right now.
I dont recall ever seeing those there

We have potatoes! Salem is the variety of white potato that we grow. They are $20 per 50 pound bag. We do not grow Chippewas anymore.
