Best vegetables in the valley top quality prices are very fair food is fresh the help is wonderful and Cindy the owner is really working hard carrying 50 lb bags of potatoes too people's cars …

Sustainable foodie culture is alive and well in the Schoharie valley thanks to Barber’s. The produce is plentiful and fresh and the market sells the best of local foods… bread, eggs, cheese and pasture raised meats. Love the Democracy coffee.

Not currently! We have done it in the past during the winter months, But it was not something we kept up with. We do the preorder pick up now, and we are looking into other possibilities with apps and preorders in lieu of market trucks this summer.

Per labor laws: You need to be 14 to work in the fields, 16 to work in retail at the farm stand.

Will your farmstand be open Mon-Wed-Fri, 11 to 5, any more this year at HOMESTEAD STREET, off Western Avenue, Albany ? Missed you there last week. Appreciate you bringing in good, fresh produce

I was at Barbers yesterday. I saw lots of tomatoes but didn't buy any as I grow my own cherry tomatoes. They have great corn, cantaloupe, potatoes, lettuce and brownies right now.

We have potatoes! Salem is the variety of white potato that we grow. They are $20 per 50 pound bag. We do not grow Chippewas anymore.
