Called Marko door for a repair on my door. I have used this company for years and they have never let me down!! FRANK the technician arrived on time explained what the issue was and in know time all was 💯% frank has been to my home on several occasions to handle any problems. He is great! Irene, the receptionist was also very nice and easy to talk to, she called and gave me a heads up on the time that frank would arrive which I really appreciated. Hello! It depends what kind of opener you would like to get! We recommend LiftMaster 8365 - 267 chain drive ½ HP and it comes with new rail, 2 remotes and 1 wireless keypad! Also, you have an option to with belt drive opener or jackshaft opener but this models cost a little bit more! Good afternoon! Our general maintenance cost $80 which includes adjusting tension on springs, lubricating a door and check all rollers, hinges and bolts! Also you can get a free estimate if you would like to replace your garage door!
