Perfect place for a night cap and a burger. Snuck in here after a long day of driving through the keys. Spent sometime talking with the bar tender and eating an amazing burger.

One of the worst dining experiences my family and I have had in a very long time!!!! The service was delayed, combined with very rude attitude, and dishonesty. This killed it all!! I had reservations for party of 6 at 6:30pm last night, arrived on time, were seated 10 min. later, and our waiter took our order 15 min. later. 4 out of 6 drinks were served. 10 min later while our waiter passed by, we reminded him of the 2 missing drinks. After waiting more than an hour for our food, and our waiter missing in action, we got another waiter's attention who said he would take care of it. That didn't happen. I finally had to get up, went to the kitchen area where the second waiter was talking with a female employee, and asked again for our food. I was told, "they are working on it" with a rude tone! I asked if the manager was on premises, was told yes! I asked to speak with him/ her, was told ok, and i went back to my table. No manager, no food! 20 minutes later, we were served 5 out of 6 dinners, but one of them was wrong, and one partially cold,! We were asked if we wanted to order something else, but the thought of having to wait another hour+ just simply wasn't an option for us. My daughter got up, went to Lime, a fast food mex restaurant next door, and brought my granddaughter food. My grandson's dinner, was still missing after 20 more min. from the time we were served. I went back to the kitchen area and the same waiter who had previously told us he would help, with a very rude tone told me again, "they are working on it"! By the time they brought it out, the order was incomplete, the potatoes were raw, and my grandson was too tired by then to eat. (We had shared some of our food with him since he was very hungry, after waiting 1.5 hrs.). Needless to say, by then, we were all upset! By the way, we observed a similar experience with another family next to us, that had been seated before us. Also, during this time, since our waiter was still MIA, my son in law had to go to the bar to get a second round of drinks. Our waiter was very distracted with a small group of young girls seated outside having drinks. After we were finished with our dinner, and waiting for our check, i had to get up again to find our waiter who was behind the bar. I ran into the other waiter who had told me he would get the manager, asked him again to call him/her, but he cut me short, and with a confrontational tone he said "he is coming! I asked, what's your name? he said "Nico"! I simply turned to my waiter, asked him, "who is the manager" and he abruptly replied, "I am!, I was appalled! With a surprising tone i said "you are the manager! ... what's your name? He said "Austin", and with a sarcastic tone he asked, what can i do for you?. Totally disgusted with the whole experience, i replied, "I don't want to waste my time any longer, please just give me the check", and went back to my table. I am a firm believer in customer service, and can forgive delays in the kitchen to certain extend; however, as a customer who strongly believes in supporting businesses, i will not tolerate such awful service and disrespect! The location of this restaurant is relatively new, and in a good residential area so running into this type of service was a huge disappointment. Needless to say, i hold management completely accountable! And, if our waiter was indeed, the manager of this establishment, ownership needs to step in!!! This person has absolutely no clue about management! As for the quality of the food, it was good, but again, excessive wait time. And by the way, the place was at about 40% occupancy.

Very nice and attentive staff. Mike was our server today; he was good. The food is good and abundant, so go with hungry:) Great prices! A little bit loud for a Sunday afternoon but maybe that's just me. Parking is validated, which is great. I think this place it's good for large parties or meeting with friends or family. Go and give it a try; you won't regret.
