VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ALL I DID WAS CALL IN FOR MY APPOINTMENT & THE RECEPTIONIST WHO CAN BARELY SPEAKS ENGLISH, TRYING TO TELL ME I'M NOT A PATIENT OF THEIRS AND SHE'S GOING TO CANCEL MY PROVIDER. NOT ONLY THAT SHE HUNG UP ON ME THE FIRST TIME & TRIED TO SAY IT WAS NOT HER.

I would give 0 star, but that is not an option. I was a patient here for a few years until today. Every time I was required to speak with their staff in person or by the phone, I was given a combative attitude. The Spanish receptionist has just started explaining something that I don’t fully understand😞 . Why would you hire people who does not speak or understand English,why?

An utterly disorganised and poor operatiin - I would not even say "service". Went there for the first time on May 20 and had to wait a very long time to see the doctor('s assistant) who barely spoke English or American. The waiting area was filled with one indivudual who was loud and rather annoying, voicing his/her/? opiniin on everything from the weather to how nice it was to be there! The only satisfactory part of the experience was meeting the doctor who was quite competent. On May 25 I called the office to cancel an uocoming appointment and was put on hold for more than 3 minutes and forced to listen to audio advertisements extolling the wonders of this establishment! I hung up and called back and was ansered by someone else who after asking me to ID myself, seemed to have to consult with her board of directors before providing me an answer. I had to hang up again since these people seem to have no respect for other people's time.

Lovely office with very kind associates and caring staff - including the office manager Erika, front desk receptionists (they operate like sisters it was so lovely to see them interact), the cleaning lady, doctor, and nurse. Multilingual multicultural, I noticed in addition to English speaking associates french, spanish, patois, and creole speaking. I had to personally wait a while but because of my own fault (totally understandable not a complaint just stating my experience - but they were accommodating and took as long as needed to help me get everything sorted out). I saw other patients had very short wait times so that's good. Doctor, nurse and front desk receptionist offered practical advice with patients best interest at heart. Professional and truly caring staff. Very clean office. Very good sanitation practices. Conveniently located just off the I95 highway. I highly recommend 👍
