Workers at this facility are very rude, they lack of customer service skills. They do not honor seniors and treat them rudely. If you can avoid this provider I recommend you to do it. If you don't have other choice be ready to be treated like a dog.
Just call them and ask. You might get there robot though. Good luck

I didn't actually visit Quest. They are located in the same building as my PCP. I suggest that you call Quest to cancel your appointment. I'm sure you can Google the number if you don't have it.

No, at this time they do not offer employer drug testing. Maybe they will in the future.
Script says AM cortisol level lipid profile...does that mean before 12 noon? Fasting?

Next to the hospital in a separate building. On Colonial drive continue past the hospital and it is in the next building behind the new parking garage.
