They rather play phone tag than help you during your inquiry. I've been trying to schedule an appointment over the phone for a week now, but they send you straight to voicemail. Such archaic business practices are unexcusable. I called back and advised the rep the trouble I had and she said it was "Unfortunate". I asked to speak with a manager and she advised they weren't available. I don't have time to waste sitting by a phone just to schedule an appointment. I'll take my business elsewhere and advise anyone remotely interested in great customer service to look elsewhere.

ZERO stars if I could. Dr. Taylor is hands down one of the RUDEST, MOST INSENSATIVE, and LEAST helpful people I've ever met. I went to him for treatment on my knees and back through Broward school's workers comp and instead of helping me look for alternative treatments he just told me I'd "have to deal with this pain" my whole life on my first visit. When I expressed to him how the pain in my knees is affecting my mobility and my life he said "at least you're not in a wheelchair". After 2 knee surgeries I know from previous doctors that I have torn ligaments and he contradicted the other doctors by saying it was just arthritis and age related. He completely dismissed me and my complaints without even looking at the imaging from my previous surgeries. I felt unheard and cast aside by him and his team. I even went back for 2 more visits thinking maybe he was just having a bad day on the first visit, he was still just as rude. He berated me with questions, cut me off with every answer I gave and didn't explain to me why I was not receiving treatment. After this, he dropped me as his patient with a zero disability rating despite my obvious impairment. It seemed like he was just using my case to collect a paycheck from worker's comp. Ethically, in order to do this, I believe he should've at least made some attempt to treat me or improve my condition. He did nothing. I later went to a different doctor who confirmed that there are in fact many treatments available for my condition. I hope no other Broward County teacher has to be treated the way he treated me. He made me feel small and I WOULD NEVER recommend him to my friends, family, or co-workers.

We are so thankful to Dr. Taylor and the team. Our 14 year old son had suffered an injury during a Baseball tournament and was referred to Dr. Taylor by our coach. We called and they quickly got him in. Dr. is an excellent professional, he was quick to identify the problem, communicate the solution and follow-up. Staff was also available to answer our questions and concerns even after we have left the clinic. Highly recommended.
