Awful to deal With. They are not helpful, they don’t get back to you and when you finally get someone to speak to, they’re rude and can’t help you with anything. Do not try and rent at this place. You will regret it.

My husband and I we’re planning on moving here and after reading these reviews I understand why it didn’t work out. I feel like they need to work on their customer service and properly communicating with future tenants. We got a tour and we’re pleased with the apartment which was completely renovated. We chose to apply for the apartment that we saw and it was nothing but back and fourth. No one was rude to me but I would call and leave voicemails and then I will get an email in return. I was trying to get clarification on what paperwork was missing so that I can try and move in as soon as possible and I would get told everything looked good and wake up to an email requesting additional paperwork. Eventually my husband an I came to the conclusion that moving here just wasn’t the best idea. I can only imagine what it would be when I have an actual issue that needs attention. Ask questions and get definite answers before wasting 250.00 and getting nowhere.

Lived here for roughly 6 years, and had no issues until Pinnacle took over. To say the new management is incompetent is putting things kindly and the building continues to deteriorate. We've had leaks and broken appliances that have taken forever to fix, and yes, tons of mold. Made a deal with them to move out in the middle of the last month of the lease, they agreed to only charge roughly half rent for that month. A few weeks later we got a call from collections telling us we owed them the other half. I've been on the phone with management countless times and the issue is still not resolved and it has been roughly 9 months.

Can’t wait to leave this joke of an apartment complex. The fire alarm has now gone off easily 20 times during my one year lease here. I’ve had a missing bathroom door upon move in, appliances falling apart, a leak that wasn’t fixed for 4 months. I wouldn’t renew this lease if they paid me to live here for another year. I cannot leave quick enough.
